From the next Friday, the most popular IPL (Indian Premier League) series after the world cup is going to be started. In this fourth IPL series, the arrangement makers are expecting that it will be an exciting series like before because of India’s world cup trophy win. In this tournament, the total 74 matches will be played in the 13 stadiums of India.

From the next Friday, the most popular IPL (Indian Premier League) series after the world cup is going to be started. In this fourth IPL series, the arrangement makers are expecting that it will be an exciting series like before because of India’s world cup trophy win. In this tournament, the total 74 matches will be played in the 13 stadiums of India. The time duration is 51 days. This popular series of T20 is going to be held without Lalit Modi because he was pushed from his position due to making impolicy last year. Due to huge filth, money laundering, stalling of the vat, secret agreement with the players hiding from the main owners and relation with the Indian underworld etc. were making the future of IPL in trouble. But due to interfere of BCCI (Indian Cricket Control Board) in this case, at last the IPL is going to be started. A lot of fans are happy in this situation. The sponsors and advertiser companies have got new life returned.


India is still in a very happy moment, and a festival is going on among them due to their win of world cup trophy. The chief executive of the IPL tournament has told that there is no apprehension of the fan’s boringness. He said, “The success of India has made this IPL tournament more excited. The previous world cup will add an extra pleasure in IPL. The fans are involved into the cricket in the meantime and India is making joy with their victory. We hope that the previous success will be maintained this time too.” 


In this tournament, the total teams are 10 where two new teams are added. The new teams are Kochi Tuskers Kerala and Pune Warriors. The captain of India National Team, MS Dhoni will lead the Chennai Super Kings and Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan will lead the Kolkata Knight Riders in the first match of Friday.   


The Indian home tournament, IPL was started from 2008 and became popular worldwide due to involving the international famous players. The top level players are tied with high amount in this tournament. Besides this, the involving of Indian Bollywood actors and actresses has made this tournament rich. These matches of T20 format are generally held for three hours. The Indian Cricket Board earns a huge amount of money from this tournament, because the sponsor companied invest big money for the full time of the matches.


In this tournament, the top level Australian players like Ricky Ponting, Clark and Johnson have denied the offer to play in their previous teams in spite of the huge money offer. Besides, most of the English players are not playing in this tournament for their International schedule and injury. Kavin Petersen is one of those. Like the previous times, the Pakistani players are not getting chance to play in IPL.
