Ingredients

1/2 cup corn oil

1/4 cup chilli powder

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon ground cumin

12 ounces tortilla corn chips

1 pound chicken wings

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Line a baking sheet with foil.

Mix oil, chill powder, oregano, and cumin in a small bowl.

Grind tortilla chips using a food processor. Place into another small bowl.

Dip chicken wings into seasoned oil, then in ground tortilla chips until coated.

Set on the foil lined baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until browned and crisp outside and tender inside.

Serve hot and enjoy these spicy chicken wings!
