    Job Summary:

    In this role you will be required to coordinate activities associated with Ground Security Training catered for employees in the Emirates Group. You will also be required to contribute to improvements in the associated processes and support systems in regards to your respective area of responsibility. Key AccountabilitiesAdministration of Course Rollouts: · Organise and communicate the relevant rollout activities for new training solutions and follow through to successful completion to meet defined standards and deadlines. This activity requires effective coordination with both internal and external suppliers and other support functions. Learner Support: · Provide first level functional support for learners (internal as well as external) by managing queries and generic mailboxes. General Administration: · Establish and maintain effective filing and data management processes; whether paper-based or automated; particularly with regard to data entries in the core training systems. This activity also includes the maintenance and updating of any team filing systems and shared drives to ensure that documents and historical records are available for quick and easy reference. Business Processes and System Improvement: · Identify and recommend improvements in processes; procedures; resources and systems impacting on cost and/or efficiency for the relevant area of responsibility; together with planning and liaison with colleagues and third parties to implement agreed changes as appropriate. This activity requires coordination with both internal and external suppliers and other support departments a function; ensuring that important information is communicated in an accurate and timely manner. · Assisting with Budget Administration: Keep a record and monitor the use of training expenditure for defined departments or sections in accordance with corporate processes and regulations; including liaison with Accounts Payables; Facilities and Procurement where appropriate.
