  • Manager, Marketing and Events - Emaar

    The Manager, Marketing and Events is responsible for overseeing and managing all set up and production requirements for events within Downtown Dubai and Emaar venues including but not limited to exhibitions, entertainment, property launches and significant Emaar signature events.


    The Manager, Marketing and Events reports to the  Senior Manager, Marketing & Events


    The Manager, Marketing and Events will work closely with the events and branding teams, facility management, security, health and safety and other relevant departments to realize events marketing objectives.

    PRINCIPAL  ACCOUNTABILITIES


    Pre event planning

    * Assess technical  requirements
    * Draft appropriate technical procurement briefs
    * Estimate technical budgets and timescales for implementation
    * Select the best materials and support the Procurement department with the purchasing of materials in line with the approved budget
    * Liaise with all supplier and control execution timelines
    * Review and assess technica l method statements
    * Determine quality control standards

    Event planning
